01

02

Capture Leads

Share your form snippet or link to start receiving submissions.

03

Close the Deal

Move leads to the Deals pipeline and track until 'Closed Won'.

Getting Started

FormsLeads prioritizes outreach speed. New leads automatically escalate through priority levels (High → Expedited → Overdue) at specific time intervals if untouched, ensuring your team stays ahead of the competition.

Statuses like "Scheduled", "Lost", or "Successful" are marked as terminal. When a lead reaches these stages, the priority escalation timer stops and its priority is set to "Completed".

Yes. You can export Leads, Forms, and Deals to CSV format using the "Download" button found in each list view. This allows for easy external analysis or data migration.

Every form generates a unique JavaScript snippet. Copy the code from the "Share" dialog and paste it into your site—it works with WordPress, Webflow, React, and custom HTML.

You can invite team members with specific roles: Owners, Admins, or Users. Leads can be assigned to individuals, and progress is tracked across shared visual pipelines.

Status & Lead Logic

This is the default status for every new form submission. It signals a fresh opportunity that requires first outreach. Leads in this status receive the most frequent priority escalations.

Once a meeting or follow-up is confirmed, you can manually update the lead status to "Scheduled". This is a terminal status that stops the priority timer.

Priority is auto-derived from the lead status and time since last contact. Escalation triggers occur at 5 minutes, 30 minutes, 2 hours, and 12 hours of inactivity.

Updating the "Last Contacted" timestamp in the Lead Details view resets the escalation timer back to the "New Lead" state, signaling active engagement.

Automation & Teams

We support three roles: Owners (full workspace access), Admins (can manage users and settings), and Users (can manage leads and deals).

Yes. Use the assignment controls in the Lead List or Lead Details to route opportunities to the right person. Assignments are tracked via the "Assignee" field.

Absolutely. You can enable real-time email alerts for new submissions and status changes within the Form Settings or via the Email Auth configuration.

Data & Calculations

The dashboard sums the "Value" field of every deal visible in your current pipeline view or active filter. It represents the gross potential revenue in your pipeline.

This metric is calculated by dividing total form submissions by total form views. It helps you measure the effectiveness of your lead capture forms.

Account & Billing

Navigate to Settings > Subscription. We offer Free, Standard, and Premium tiers designed to scale with your lead volume and feature requirements.

Yes, Standard and Premium users can host forms on their own custom domains with automatic SSL certification provided by FormsLeads.
